Cocktails

pisco-sour

Pisco Sour

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of Pisco Waqar
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of gum syrup (substituted for sugar)
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice to taste

Preparation:

Add the ingredients to a shaker with lots of ice and add the egg white. Shake the shaker and pour the contents into a glass. Pass the mixture previously through a strainer. To savor!

Pisco Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Pisco Waqar
  • 20 cl Tonic
  • Lemon
  • Ice to taste

Preparation:

To prepare this cocktail you just have to put the Pisco Waqar in a wide glass with ice and add a lemon wedge. Once this is done, it will only be necessary to add the tonic; do it carefully to preserve the bubble and voila, enjoy.

Tea Punch

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Pisco Waqar
  • 1 bag of strawberry tea
  • 120 ml of natural pineapple juice
  • 60 ml Orange juice
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml of gum
  • Strawberries, orange and pineapple cut into pieces and mint leaves for garnish

Preparation:

Cold infuse the tea bag with the Pisco Waqar for approximately 5 minutes. Then in a large glass with 5 ice cubes, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until they all come together.

Chamomile Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 ½ parts – Chamomile infusion
  • 1 part – Syrup with spices (cinnamon, clove and star anise)
  • 1 peel – Orange
  • 1 branch – Cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

In the mixing glass, add pisco WAQAR, chamomile and syrup. Meanwhile, cool the glass and perfume with the orange peel and the branch of cinnamon. Pour the mix in the champagne glass and decorate with the orange peel and branch of cinnamon.

French Artisan

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Lime juice
  • 1 part – Simple syrup
  • 1 peel – Lime
  • 3 parts – Brut sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

In the shaker, add abundant ice, pisco WAQAR, lime, syrup and shake. Serve in the champagne glass, add brut sparkling wine and finish by perfuming with the lime peel.

Grapatini

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Vermouth bianco
  • 1 part – Chardonnay
  • 1 branch – Fresh rosemary
  • 1 Orange peel
  • 1 sevillian olive
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

In the mixing glass, add abundant ice, pisco WAQAR, Vermouth bianco and Chardonnay. While cooling down the tasting whisky glass, perfume it with lemon peels, rosemary branch and olive. Serve the mix.

Grape & Pear Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ (oz.) part – Pisco WAQAR
  • 10 Fresh green grapes
  • 1 part – Pear juice
  • ½ part – Lemon juice
  • ½ part – Simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Bunch of green grape

Preparation:

In a shaker, add grapes and pear juice. Crush the grapes, add abundant ice, lemon juice, syrup, and pisco WAQAR. Shake vigorously, strain twice and serve. Decorate with a bunch of grapes.

Huascar

Ingredients:

  • 1 (oz.) part – Pisco WAQAR
  • ¾ parts – Aperol
  • ¾ parts – Herbal bitter
  • 1 peel of lemon
  • 1 peel of orange

Preparation:

In a whisky glass, add 4 ice cubes and garnish the rim with the citrus peels. After garnsishing, leave them inside. Then add pisco WAQAR and, one by one, the other ingredients. Stir until cold.

Pineapple Pascua

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 3 parts – Fresh pineapple juice (Easter Island)
  • 4 leaves – Fresh basil
  • 1 branch – Fresh rosemary
  • 2 parts – Coconut milk
  • 1 part – Orange juice
  • ½ part – Amaretto
  • 1 part – Lime juice
  • Fill with crushed ice mix of fresh pineapples and oranges

Preparation:

In a shaker, add pisco WAQAR, pineapple juice, orange juice, amaretto and lime juice. Shake without adding ice. In the pineapple cup, add the basil leaves, coconut milk and abundant ice. Then pour the contents of the shaker into the pineapple cup. Correct the ice to garnish with the orange, pineapple and rosemary branch.

Southern Citizen

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Cointreau
  • 1 part – Blueberry juice
  • 1 part – Pica lemon juice
  • 1 part – Cranberry juice
  • ½ part – Simple syrup
  • 4 Blueberries

Preparation:

In a shaker, add every ingredient, except for the blueberries. Add ice and shake.

Spring Julep

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Brandy
  • 8 leaves – Fresh mint
  • 4 slices – Fresh ginger
  • 1 part – Syrup with spices (cinnamon, clove and black tea)
  • 1 part – Lemon juice
  • 2 parts – Soda
  • Fill with crushed ice
  • Mix ginger slices, mint leaves and edible flowers

Preparation:

Directly in the julep cup, add the ginger, mint, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir and fill with crushed ice. Add brandy, pisco WAQAR and soda. Decorate with a bit more of ice to mount the flower, mint leaves, and ginger slices.

Tulahuen Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Pear juice
  • 1 part – Ginger syrup
  • 3 slices – Fresh green pepper
  • 1 part – Lemon juice
  • 4 parts – ginger beer
  • Fill with crushed ice
  • 2 slices – Fresh pear

Preparation:

Directly in the glass, add the slices of green pepper, pear juice, ginger syrup and lemon juice. Add crushed ice, pisco WAQAR and finish with ginger beer. Decorate with pear and green pepper slices on top.

Two Colors

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts (oz.) – Pisco WAQAR
  • 2 parts – Tomato juice
  • ½ part – Lemon juice
  • 1 branch Fresh parsley
  • 1 drop Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a shaker, add tomato juice, lemon juice, branch of fresh parsley, drop of Tabasco and salt and pepper. Shake well with ice. Serve in a shot glass and accompany with another shot of really cold pisco WAQAR.

Waqar Crusta

Ingredients:

  • 2 (oz.) parts – Pisco WAQAR
  • 1 part – Pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ part – Lemon
  • 1 part – Simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

Directly in the glass, add pisco WAQAR, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and syrup. Add abundant ice and shake. Once it’s cold, cover the rim with brown sugar and chili powder.
